We're a fully distributed company with a high degree of autonomy and no office space. At Articulate you'll work closely with an awesome team of engineers to improve our product support across Learning Management Systems and help promote eLearning standards. You'll become the go-to person for LMS, SCORM, AICC, xAPI/TinCan development and support and work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues.

The ideal person for this job is a multi-talented engineer with extensive learning management systems (LMS) experience. This person sweats the details, focuses on quality results instead of effort and sees problems as opportunities to learn and level up as a team. Comfort working with multiple LMS environments is a must. Solid gif skills and emoji game are a big bonus.

Your ideal skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience with SCORM/AICC standards, TinCan/xAPI 
  • Experience with Javascript frameworks (Node.js, React)
  • Experience in both building and implementing LMS
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to convey complex concepts concisely and clearly to customers with professionalism, empathy, and excellent grammar and spelling
  • Experience with Articulate's products (Storyline, Rise) is ideal.
