Articulate is looking for a skilled technical lead who has supported Salesforce, Intacct ,or other third party hosted financial systems. You embrace working in a collaborative environment gathering cross functional business requirements to ensure financial systems scale.
Articulate is a fully distributed company that offers a high degree of autonomy. Our Finance team aspires to operate as a business partner ensuring we optimize systems and data to produce accurate financials and ensure efficient and effective day to day operations.
Candidates will embrace programming scripts (with API/xml), creating csv files, importing or exporting transactional data to ensure revenue, expense, and cash transactions are recorded in our many financial systems. You have a solid background developing report templates to aid the workflow processes for: billings, taxation, cash application, ecommerce settlements, expense processing and financial reporting. A solid understanding of the "order to revenue" life cycle in a SaaS subscription environment is ideal.
You are comfortable supporting a virtual accounting team with users across all time zones to provide user support, instructions, and training. You understand the importance of financial system “up time” as well as “data import schedules” to meet the monthly close deadlines.
Some of the third party hosted applications you’ll be supporting or working with: Intacct (Sage) Order Entry/Contracts, Salesforce CRM, Recurly, Chargebee, Avalara, Expensify, Bill.com, American Express, Stripe, QuickBooks, Volusion, Authorize.net and bank accelerator templates.
